    bf% and physique critique

I am getting my bf measurement done in a week or two but still couldn't hurt to hear opinion on what it is. also i have been a endurance athlete all my life so up until now really did not lift for size but is my physique good to build on for bodybuilding are the genetics there. i know my chest needs a lot of work lol chest and tris are my smallest body part. i am small and lean currently bulking just weighed myself at 187 height 6'1. My goal is to get my weight up to 225lbs over the next two years and be solid then work on my physique very intensely for a year or two after that then do a show.

You got a good base to work with. 20-25 solid lbs more you will be gtg. My observation: your back is going to over take the rest of you body. You have low lat insertion which is great. Its already thick. I would concentrate on incline bench movements for a while. Leg days are going to suck. They just do. Until you come out of the hole with an ass load of weight on your back. Then legs are fun. Diet and training. You have been asking enough questions to know the drill. Its a marathon not a sprint you will be good.

So with my back taking over how do i avoid that do i stop doing certain lifts till the rest catch up? My back is nice because i use to do pull ups eod and a lot of them lol. lower lat insertion what does that mean? Im really new to bodybuilding still learning. being symmetrical is the biggest thing right?

Haha until you go to walk out of the gym later and have to walk up a flight of stairs. Then legs suck again

Stairs suck but when you go to sit on the toilet and your legs just give and you hit hard. Then you still have to get up. That sucks.
