    Need To Gain Weight

    I started working out about 3 years ago and started off with winn-v. So far I've taken Winn-V, Deca , Test, Mastron, And Anadroyl. I've gained about 20 pounds of muscle through the 3 years. But I'm at a stand still, I want to get to about 220-230 but I can't seem to get where I want. It just keeps going up and down with my weight. Any suggestions on what I should get on to get where I want to be?

    concentrate more on diet.

    What does your diet look like. This will be the number 1 factor to your growth, not the compounds you're using.

    I kinda eat anything but I try to take in the most protein I can in one day.

    List your typical meal plan for one day. We need to see the composition of your meals to know where changes are needed.

    Hit the diet section they are real good they will help you.

    well thats not good enough the bigger you get and the further along with anything. You have to be more precise. Some people can cut to 12% just by watching what they eat. To get leaner you really need to know what your doing. Same with adding muscle. Just eating anything will only get you so far
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
