You're claiming to have the BMR of a national level bodybuilder, at.... 170 lbs and 9% bodyfat. You realize that your LEAN body mass (that means all the weight that's on you that is MUSCLE) is 155 lbs?
My math's probably way off bro. I used this website: fitnessfrog. com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html and my daily activity level is 6-7/week.

Calculate your BMR with the following:

    66 + (6.23 X LEAN bodyweight in lbs.) + (12.7 X height in inches) - (6.8 X age) = BMR

When I say LEAN bodyweight, I mean your bodyweight minus your bodyfat percentage. This means you multiply your bodyfat % by your total weight. Take the answer you get from that and subtract it from your total weight. There is your lean weight. However, like I said, when I plugged in all of your stats earlier I rounded your BMR off to 1800 cals a day.

Once you have your BMR, figure out your TDEE by:

Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise and a desk or still standing job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise or sports one to three times per week)
Moderately active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise or sports three to five times per week)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise or sports six to seven times per week)
Extremely active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise or sports and a physical job, or twice a day training for an athletic event such as for a marathon or intense competition)

And be honest with yourself, man. If you know you are moderately active then just put that. Don't be macho and think you're extremely active if you just hit the gym hard but work at a desk job most of your daytime hours and get up to walk around a bit.

    BMR: 66 + (6.23 * (170 * 9.5% = 16.15, 170 - 15.15 = 154.85) = 1030.7155 + (12.7 * 70) = 1919.7155 - (6.8 * 18) = 122.40 = 1797.3155

    TDEE: 1797.3155 * 1.725 = 3100.3692375

Fuuu so you're telling me I've been eating 700 calories over my TDEE for lean bulking? I've been using that website for my calculations ever since I've started taking shit seriously.

Yes, and I honestly think your TDEE is likely lower than what you posted because I think you're choosing an activity level thats too high. But at least your got your BMR correct. To be honest, I don't even use TDEE when planning my diet. I just use my BMR. Factoring activity level is so iffy that I don't even consider it. Its different for everyone as well. Best to go off your BMR and give yourself maybe 300 or so cals leeway above it, THEN plan your caloric surplus/deficit around that.
