how many cycles have you done? how old are you? what is your diet and training regiment? how far into this cycle are you?

it's hard to follow when you write out your plan the way you did. usually it looks someithing like this (how i like to see it)
weeks 1-4 55mg winnie/day
weeks 1-12 300mg tren
weeks 1-12 450mg test e
this isn't your schedule, but is the standard way we write it out. when you look at members cycles all day like some of us, easy for us to make mistakes if not written out a certain kind of way. but since the way you wrote yours out, you've omitted information, maybe if you write it out again this way, it would be helpful....

So I am 27 172 pounds , I've been on my cycle for 3weeks , my diet is eggs and steak LOTS and protein drinks ..... This is my cycle break down
Week 1-7 55mg Winnie / a day
Week 1-10 10 ml tren
Week 1-10 10 ml test e

Yes I take 1 ml tren and test a week , I work out 2 hrs a day every day no I don't have a pct ,, would appreciate some advice on one though , as for diet 2 eggs every morning, a lot of water through out the day, protein shake for lunch , usually potatoes steamed veggies and chicken or beef for supper ( sometimes wild game )

in all honesty i would stop everything. But i doubt you will, You not going to get the results you could or keep them with a diet like that,
also tren is not for beginers you are going to do more harm then good to yourself. Also with running winny that long.
you can get pct from ar-r . clomid and nolvaIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

What kind of diet would you recommend I don't plan on stopping but will alter for the best possible gains

there is a nutrition section here. Post your stats and goals in there, then lay out what you eat exactly every meal.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Protein drinks aren't for shit. You need real food an a lot of it. Training 2 hrs a day, your over training probably. You should have pct in hand before you start a cycle. I would drop the dex to .25 eod. If you are 3 weeks in or less on this cycle stop. You don't have the knowledge to make gains or keep gains. Your wasting time and money. Do your research and do your cycle right.
