Try this to help yourself out with the protien--and it wont even feel noticable...when you make your protein shakes...grab some 1% milk, a couple of bananna's and a scoop of your protein powder (tastes the best if its strawberry) mix in a blender and walllaaaa! All of the ingredients will contribute to you protein intake....and it makes some of those unbarable tasting shake mixes drinkable.
