Winnie observation/ question

In looking at Winny it typically has a two tone milky color until mixed? correct. But more importantly, it should NOT look like an oil and water seperation before mixing, at ALL, correct? it should be "ALL" water with a milky color...just want to be clear on this. Something just isn't sitting right with me on the way this looks. ANY comments will be much appreciated....

I'm gonna try brother, but the bottle itself has a brown tint to it and having a hard time getting the resolution needed to get to get that firm answer..weather its, garbage or it looks good...(mental pic = ..some crystals on bottom of bottle, maybe a 1/4 inch of what looks like oil and the remaining looks like milky water...) when i shake it, it blends together and the crystals incorporate and within a minute remaining crystals fall to bottom and what appears to be oil and water begin to separate....I'll try and get that pic for you, thanks soo much for your time and effort..

It depends on how it was made.
If there is no PS-80 (a surfactant) in there, the oil-soluble solvents will not really mix with the water, so it will look like oil and water (which is probably the case here).

Hard to say without a pic bro. Winny after time will settle at the bottom of the vial, water at the top and all the white goods at the bottom.
