    Test-400 with Winstrol

    Hi

    I am 26yrs old, weigh 165, and have 8-9% BF. I have been lifting for about 5 years now consistently. I want to gain 10lbs of lean weight and want to be shredded. I am going to start winstrol with test-400. I have never done roids and have read everything and anything I can get my hands on in regards to the subject. I was told taking 1cc of winstrol with 1cc of t400 2x a week for 5 weeks is the route i should take. I cannot find anything on the suggested dosage or pros and cons on this. Can anyone help?

    I'll warn you now, it you're 165 you're probably not eating right and gear isn't what you need, and this is probably what most people here are going to tell you. If you're dead set on getting big you need one steroid , FOODEROL!!!! Tells us what your diet looks like, and hop out of the AAS forum and into the diet and nutrition forum. If you can't eat big you can't be big. Even if steroids miraculously make you gain the weIght you want without your diet in check, you won't be able to keep it because you won't know how to feed it.

    I eat roughly 2500 to 3000 calories a day while consuming about 225 to 250 grams of protein a day:

    6am: protein shake
    730: Greek yogurt, oatmeal, 3-5 hard boiled eggs
    10: protein bar, banana
    1230: grilled chicken/turkey, veggies, and some sort of carbs (noodles, bread, etc)
    230: protein bar, fruit
    5pm: prework out protein shake
    7pm post work out shake
    8pm: light dinner - lean meat with greens and veggies
    10pm: casein

    I don't want to eat crappy food and gain bad weight .. My strength is there and I keep getting stronger (ie. rep 285 5x, incline dumbells 115 5x, 95lb dumbells military presses 6x, etc) I just don't gain the weight -- an I know you can't have your cake and eat it too, but I want to gain lean weight... I know I can eat pizza 6x a day and gain 10lbs .. But that is not the route I want to take ...

    My height is 5'9" ... I am pretty set on doing this ... I just wanted thoughts on wether this is a good stack or if there is something different I should do. Also why pct would you recommend doing ... ?

    Sounds like you have alot more reading to do on some things before starting anything man. Even asking to recommend a pct shows that you are not ready. There is so much information on this board. Take some time and visit the pct and diet section. Good luck and welcome

    Just because I am asking for some help doesn't mean I don't know and I HAVE read threads on this forum. I know there are two primary things you can take for pct... Nolvadex and Clomide... I am simply asking which one people prefer as I have read that people are indifferent to both... Why do you assume that just because someone asks for some feedback, the people that participate on this forum automatically assume that the person asking doesn't know jack? I have also read the diet tips on this site as well... It is not that much different than what I am Doing .. Snack all day however consuming a lot more carbs than I do on a d-2-d basis.. Just looking For some info .. That's all

    Dude you drink way too many shakes. You need quality calories from whole foods. I don't want to hurt your feelings or anything, but there I don't think you're getting 3000 calories from that diet and if you are, it's mostly sugar from those shakes and bars.

    You really should for now give up the thought of using gear for a while. You need to work on a new diet that focuses on food and not more than 1 shake.

    I'm not suggesting you eat garbage food. I am suggesting that you're not eating enough of the right food. 2500 calories may not even meet your daily needs depending on your activity level, and it sounds like you are quite active. This could be leaving you in a caloric deficit, which may COST you lean muscle. I also agree that you take too many shakes/protein bars, although if you have trouble getting your calories up a quality weight gainer might be a good idea. Read this thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nd-sample-diet... It will show you haw to calculate your daily macros for a bulk, and recommend some basic does and donts. I myself had a harder time gaining quality mass, but it turns out that it stemmed from a lack of knowledge, not from being a hardgainer. Try waking up in the middle of the night to slam a protein shake too, it really makes the difference to me, although my wife hates it!!! Just remember. Steroids don't make you big, they just make it happen faster. Everything else has to be in place for them to do their job. Imagine you want to build a house. You could do it yourself very slowly, but to speed things up you get a carpenter (your steroids). But you don't give him any lumber. What will he build the house from? Get the lumber first, then build yourself into a god damn house!!!!!!!
