    Lmao, that's not possible.

Unless your room is not 'room temperature', and its freezing in there.

Frozen? Does it look crystallized or homogeneous/solid throughout?

Simple, it has insufficient amount of solvent/cosolvents for the compound/compounds/ester/esters used. Post up what it is and either myself or another member can give you advice on what to add to keep it in solution at room temp.

However if its just on bottle and you bought it then its probably a lot easier to try to return it for an exchange.

Yeah. It crashed. This happens when the compound falls out of suspension. You could fix it yourself by heating it (oven or stove) with a needle in the stopper to vent the pressure. If you do that keep it around 250F or lower. Or take it up with your source. You bought gear you expected to be usable, not a some assembly required science fair project.

No needle needed unless the bottle has no air in the headspace (the area under the cork) none of the compounds will be near boiling at waters boiling temp. Put it in boiling water to heat its simple and will not harm the gear.

However if its crashed at room temp and has recrashed after heating I doubt a higher temp will work....but its easy enough to try.

It's a 75% chance it's gonna keep crashing which means its either got low amounts of BA (Benzyl Alcohol) or BB (Benzyl Benzoate) in it.
You can try keeping it at high temp in a saucepan with some oil for a long time and let come back to room temp gradually but without solvents it probably will keep crashing.
you can use ethyl oleate if you have any lying around?

But like the guys said take it back to source you want stuff that works no assembly required

Yea it worked. Boiled water and set it in the hot water after I removed it from the heat... Looks good now. Now to find out if it still works :S

Just a note, you can probably get away with pinning it ( I have when I first started homebrewing) however if it is still crashing when it cools fully it is most likely doing the same thing to some extent at the injection depot and this can cause pain and problems. If you just have one bottle and unless its something really expensive and assuming you can buy some that is O-K I would just toss it (In the byotches face who sold it to you LOL) .

    Best wishes,

As far as the crashing goes lots of users mistakenly place AAS in the fridge thinking it will keep better. This lowers the soluability of the solvents and causes crashing, however in this kinda of case by reheating in boiling water and slowly returning to room temp you can often resolve the issue. However when it crashes at room temp this points to low solvent (common problem) and is rarely fixable lack of heat in manufacture ( rare other than with homebrewers) can also be fixed with heating but as stated low solvent is usually the problem an will not be rectified with heat.

this was actually happening with an order a couple of my buddies had gotten. I know what they were doing (maybe a little quicker than the other options) was sticking the bottle in a cup of water and microwaving for 10 - 15 seconds
