all my buddies that take the shit look like monsters, only concern is one of my boys got a sick infection in his bicep when he pinned prop

Infections can be caused by a number of things. Not just dirty gear. Poor technique when injecting can lead to a horrible infection.

It's tough to trust a UGL, specially since you already know it's most likely some fool's garage.
