2nd Cycle.

I finished my 1st ycle in Mid March. 500mg Test E per week (250 Mon, 250 thurs). Then went through my PCT programme fine. I want to do a 2nd cycle however I'm not sure when is best to start it. how long would you normally leave it after your first cycle has ended ? Thanks

Cycle length + PCT length = Time off cycle.

Get your blood work done. It will tell you how your natural test bounced back.

Thanks for the info. Was thinking of doing teh same again, 500mg weely, split 205 Mon & 250 Thurs. I had great results the first time. Went from 10 stones - 12 stones since Jan which has been great
