Help! 250Lb 6'0 Taking 100mg Anavar 1 CC Test per Week. Is it enough?
Hey guys new to the forum. Just started taking Anavar 10mg this week. I take 5 at 6am and another 5 around 530pm. My diet is on point. I am actually down 95lbs from last year on working out and dieting alone.
Just started using the roids. My question is....is 100mg and 1CC test good for weight loss and cutting or at 250lbs should I be taking more? Thanks

1cc doesn't mean anything, without knowing how many mg/ml the test is.

I dont know what the BF% is. But im 6'0 250lb. I been in the gym for 1 year straight. I do about 2 hours a day 7 days a week at the gym. 1 Body part a day, Starting from sunday, Legs, Chest, Bi/Tris, Back, Shoulders, Cardio, 25+ Mile Bike Ride. Im really active but im unable to drop past 250. I put in 1 hour cardio daily which is usually 30 Minutes stairmaster and 30 minutes eliptical. I want to be about 215lb

Well, most would say you need to increase the anavar dose. Thats like a female's dose almost. Also I would increase the Test dose also if it was me. Running anything less then 300mg's seems kinda pointless.
Just to compare Im running 500mgs of Test and 60mgs of anavar right now.

why dont you post your diet. That is going to matter more then the drugs
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

You need to hit the diet and workout sections. Get those on track. There's no reason to be in the gym 7 days a week, nor should you. you do cardio and 25 miles on the bike? This tells me your diet sucks.
As for the dosages, you are currently running test way too low. 500-600mgs would be my choice and i'd run it alone. but since you're already into the var, just keep it where it is.
Keep in mind, your diet and training will dictate your gains. Concentrate on those for best gains.

6days a week tops for training. 1-2 times a day. And of course like we all say diet/way of life is the biggest factor to what/who you will look like.

6am - Oatmeal 2(packs) 75grams Isolate Protein
8am - Tuna and Crackers
10am - Fruit (grapes,
12am - chicken and steak straight
230pm - 75 grams Protein
530pm Dinner (Chicken ect)
630 Gym
830-9pm-75 Grams Protein.
This is 100% my diet I think its not bad considering i lost 100lbs. I was at 351lb last year. Just looking for help. 7 days a week in the gym is not what i need its what I want.
