    Anavar

I've completed my second week on Anavar (started with 10mg on day one and I'm on 60 mg per day now) and I lost 3Kg. With my proper diet and exercise only I was unable to loose this 3Kg.

The problem is that I cannot loose more weight since a few days. My goal is to get cutted.

    Stats:
    79 Kg
    17.4% bf
    30 years old
    male

    Train:
    Bodypump,
    Cycling,
    BodyBuilding,
    Tennis

Also before Anavar I was at 88 Kg and went to 82 Kg with proper diet and exercise only, but then I couldn't go beyond that limit.

    Any help?

    Welcome to the boad mate!
Post your diet in the nutrition section so we can see ways to improve.
It seems to me you are too impatient, and you have only been going a few weeks.
    Cheers

Nothing happens without diet. Nothing. If your nutrition plan is all over the place you will not achieve your goals. Its just that simple.

ok. You've got serious issues with your diet. Go to the nutrition section and post EXACTLY what you eat. Start times, Macros, etc...

Milk, ice cream and soup isnt going to make you lose weight.

And then what happened? Your fat loss stopped. It's easy to lose the initial wave of fat. It's the second round that is tough.

You need to lose all lactose, drop carbs, drink green tea and a whole lot more. Post your detailed diet in the nutri section. You will get some help there.

Wow, really? That's terrible. You are setting yourself up for catabolic events. With such a poor diet you will be losing lean body mass (muscle) as well as fat. Just because you are seeing a drop in weight doesn't mean it's productive or sustainable. I can stop eating for 7 days and I'll lose a ton of weight - that's about as healthy as your diet right now.

I'm not trying to be a hardass but diet is the most important aspect of fitness. Always, always, always. You haven't put the time in to learn this and you need to do it now.

You posted on Sunday night, which is typically pretty slow around here. Looks like 405 replied to you, he is a pro and can really help you. Good luck.
