    can propionate be good for bulking ?

    i know test is test but it seems people use prop to cut & sust/enanthate to bulk just wondering if prop can be just as good for bulking

    Test of any kind can be added to any cycle. Diet, training, and cardio are key.

    most important thing I'd say for bulking is your diet.

    yes. same as test e can be good for cutting, depends on diet.

    Agree with all the above. Bulk and Cut with food.

    its just its time for my 4th cycle and my origional plan was enanthate /deca /EQ but alot of people dont like it so i was possibly concidering a milder cycle of propionate & anadrol OR propionate & winstrol .
    preveous cycle plan
    600mg enanthate week 1-12
    600mg deca week 1-10
    600mg EQ week 1-10
    but some dont seem to like this so i thought i could try
    200mg propionate eod week 1-6
    50-100mg winstrol OR anadrol ed week 1-6
    which would make a better 4th cycle ??? i know there both completely different
    goal is for lean bulk and possibly drop bf % down a tad

    I like your second option.

    but i would do something like this.

    Prop-150mgs 1-10
    Win-50mgs 4-10

    I've ran it longer than the prop before but anymore i like to end things on or before the test.

    i prefer cycle plan 1 but people dont seem to be too keen on it can you explain why those 3 compounds arent good togeather ??? cheers stpete

    I think using prop it out dated.

    just use teste or cyp + an AI (for those that have the bloat/cutting argument)
    and you dont have to hassle with soomany shots for the same sort of gains.

    I rather get EOD shots for 8-10 weeks and have results for 8-10 weeks than wait for test enan to kick in for about a month.

    If you're planning to run a 8-10+ week cycle I really don't see the point in using Prop. Prop is more intended for shorter duration cycles, for example if somebody was running a 6-8 week cycle Prop would be most beneficial because if you were to use a long ester like C or E you wouldn't even get to the prime of it.

    If you are going to run a long cycle (10+ weeks) go with E or C, unless you just like sticking yourself lol.

    In regards to cutting or bulking it has no effect on what kind of Test you use, they're the same. The only thing that changes your cycle into a bulk or cut is the way you eat on cycle, not what kind of Test you're using.

    Maybe it's cause of my age, or the number of cycles under my belt, but 6 weeks is just getting started for me on short esters. 8-10 weeks short esters, and i like nice long, long estered cycles. haha..

    From my last cycle, mixing esters seems to be damn decent.


    I didn't like the idea of waiting 2 weeks after last injection to start PCT.
