Ive looked everywhere on Info on B12 - and I really cant find alot. Ive heard or read, that 1000MCG 3 or 4 times a week is the norm. But i have questions....

Can I pin it with my TEST E?

And what about smaller doses? WOuld 500 each pin work?! Also I see some say in the muscle - some say in the fat...where do you pin?? Thanks guys -- any help would be great
