    stopped working.out and diet went to crap on cycle can i rebound back

    Hey guys been a wile since i logged on. so i had a family emergency my dad was in the hospital and had to have heart surgery unexpectedly. i did not take this well and have not hit the gym in like a week or more diet has been nonexistent. my dad is doing better now and im back at it tomorrow.

    I just wanted to know if there is any specific way that i should go about getting back at it that will make me rebound back into my gains better?
    Im in like week four of my cycle 600mg test e a week and var.

    Thats a high dose i think.

    Its actually more like 560mg a week its test e for the most part with a lil test 400. Just easier to say 600mg a week. the recommended does starting out is 350mg to 500mg so Im a lil over the top.

    Thanks and yeah he is fine for now. he don't listen though he was in for heart surgery and trying to get me to sneak him in pizza lol. people just don't understand how the crap they eat effects there body.
