i had puberty gyno. Tried letro after hearing people out on the forum. Didnt work for me. I suspect letro would only work for gyno from AAS use.

Theoretically, once breast tissue has been created u cant just get rid of it.

A concern that you can bring up is, depending on the proficiency of the doc, they leave just a tiny bit in there just enough so that your nip doesnt look sunken in and looks more natural. See if he has before and after pictures. Some docs leave extra in, just a tiny bit more than they should have, either accidentally or on purpose. Its barely noticeable but u do notice it yourself and ull go wtf. Or they might do one perfect and not guage the other properly and leave a lil extra in the other. So def check out before and after pics of patients if the doc has em. You cant do jack for 4-5 weeks after. Not even raise ur arms to shoulder level, otherwise stitches start to rip. You wont be able to gym it for at least 3 weeks just fyi.

Yes ill ask about letro before . and pics as well. thanks for your replies . i tried reversing it at home with A-HD and epistane . but i got it while on a epistane and dimethazine cycle. i think its more from the dmz due to prolactin i was leaking and still do some days . but i stopped when i noticed it. then tried the A HD - which i was told was comparable to letro. and epistane. and p5p @ 100mgs a day. and it got worst. so my doc wants to see me Wednesday to discuss my options maybe even hrt ....:-\. its not bad when my nips are cold. but there more puffy and sensitive than anything. but i do have a nickle to quarter sized lump on the right one and the left has a small dime sized lump.but both had leaked ...:-( any other suggestions ? I have my blood work posted in the bloodwork thread .

Letro can reverse gyno symptoms but it's not going to do anything when it comes to existing gyno. Once it's set in, surgery is the only thing that will remove it.

Your estrogen must be through the roof to be leaking. Personally I would stop all the self medicating at this point and get blood work done and see what the endo has to say. You dont want the blood work screwed up by taking things beforehand.

Strange. You must have some super sensitivity. Consider Letro.

Ya i guess so. i think anything that like superdrol or like 19 nor compounds that raise progesterone or prolactin i get sensitive to. happened before with some oral tren and had to stop cause of flaring .

That will help prevent it from worsening. Just like Letro would, however, it really doesnt matter at this stage. Surgery is the only option. Neither one will reverse anything. Either way, I would do something now until OP finds out about surgery.

Tamox can reverse gyno given the time and consistent dosage.

and with them actually 'leaking' it sounds like prolactin has a pretty good part also. Tamox would take care of both issues. but it would take awhile to do that, and with the use of tren ... prolly will take longer.

What dosage Of tamox? i havnt usesd real gear dorm awhile . but have been on PHs . and i do plan on cycleing again . but with a little more patience of course, saying that, the risk of it coming back after surgery is reduced greatly ???
    thanks again for your response

Well then I've got some research to do.

When you say "given the time" - are you referring to length of Nolva usage, or starting before it's too late?

its usually a low dose of nolva (20mg ED) but for a few months to reverse gyno. and depending on the size and if there is prolactin involement or not determines the time factor.

also, that will only take care of a lump. if its puffy with no solid mass underneath, nolva wont do anything for that. Ive heard of DHT gel helps with reducing puffiness but thats hard to get ahold of in the states.
