Are you hurt or are you injured? If your just hurt keep working out. If you are truly injured, give it time to heal. Get straps you can work back. Work legs. Machines for shoulders. Go forth and get big.

I fractured my wrist about 6 weeks in and just kept going. It is terrible to do but nothing was going to stop me, go get a thumb and wrist splint.

Just hurt I think was not to bad untill I done top chest earlier with 130kg now its all swollen strugling to cut my chicken earlier lol ill just use machines for week

Looking at the thumb, the hematoma looks like a bad sprain. The ligaments are probably torn in there and bleeding. It's like a badly sprained ankle. You can keep walking on a sprained ankle but it won't heal properly. Same with your thumb, you can keep pushing it but the ligaments just won't heal properly. My recommendation would be to keep off of it for a week or two. You can make up your gains later but once your thumb heals poorly you might have to do surgery to get it back. You got your whole life to look good. Give up the couple of weeks now to let yourself heal. My .02

Ill give it ten days to heal ill just take it easy do legs etc

Should I stop my cycle now while im waiting for it to recover im 4 weeks into a 12 week course

Do a contrast bath 3x a day as well!!

Been chinease herbal shop today gave me some mad stuff for it seems to work do feels a bit better should be ok by end off week
