Damn, I feel retarded now. I thought he was in the Arctic or something.
As to the main question, it is possible for skin color to change but mostly due to blood pressure increases while on AAS, etc.

I get a red glow on tren and I'm dark skinned.
Of course you could be having kidney failure and this is the beginning stages of jaundice...drink lots of water

lets hope it is only high bp, and if his bp is high he needs to get one some medication or take supplements to control his bp.
op- do you know what your blood pressure is?

Jaundice is primarily caused by liver problems, not kidney issues.
Though, I wouldn't rule it out either. HOWEVER, jaundice is usually accompanied with all of the other symptoms of liver organ failure: nausea, vomiting, weakness, EXTREME TIREDNESS AND LETHARGY as though you could sleep 9 hours, wake up and feel like you haven't slept in days (this is a big one), etc. If you are having none of these symptoms, I wouldn't be worried. Also, if you do have or are getting jaundice, the conjunctiva of the eye (the whites of your eyes) is one of the first tissues to change color as bilirubin levels rise in the body. It will be VERY noticeable, as the whites of your eyes will be a distinct yellow and/or you'll see spots of yellow in your eyes. Unless you have all of these symptoms, I highly doubt you have jaundice.
Best bet is that if do think you have jaundice and are worried - get bloodwork done to check liver enzyme values.
I think its high blood pressure. First cycle I ever did, my skin changed color and it was due to high blood pressure.
