    Best place To pin

    So is the arm leg or butt the best place to pin?

    Best to rotate. Generally a good idea to leave an injection site alone for 7 days before you pin again.

    I pin Delts, Traps, Quads and Lats. That's 8 spots and plenty of healing time.

    Glutes. Quads. Delts. Traps. Lats. Pecs. Some do bi and tri.
