    Test and bodyweight

Hey there coming to the end of my 12 week test E 250 course

i have been doing only body weight excersizes everyday increasing all my numbers at the start of every week!
for 12 weeks have put on alot of muscle and pretty lean

My question is seeing as i have done all body weight will i keep more of the strength and size gains during PCT and for a longer period of time,
than if i was to be using weights?

also what training would you reccomend to keep most of my gains through PCT

    ThankyoU!

    Welcome Benny.

Not sure I understand. If you mean that by only lifting on cycle (no cardio or other activities) that you will retain your gains... well that is not the case. There will always be some loss after a cycle is completed. How much you retain depends on your continued efforts at the gym and in the kitchen. Diet plays a massive role here. Did you run HCG on cycle?

Lot's of folks become less motivated when they know Test isnt flowing like it was before. So the intensity at the gym slowly diminishes. What's worse is when dieting comes to an end as well. These are reasons why people deflate.

I understand, but i guess what im asking, is if i was to use weights for the 12 weeks i would lose roughly 15%
but for the 12 weeks was just body weight excersizes increasing in reps everyweek if same diet and everything would i loose less than 15%

could i keep lots of my strength gains over 6 months?

Resistance training is the same, either by using weights or body weight. Just different movement involved for each. Imo

Let me see if I understand. You just did a cycle using only your body weight on exercises. No free weights or machines? And now your worried if you stop doing your exercises you will lose your gains?
