Funny Question -needs a Serious Answer.
Ok here it goes. I feel a need to release myself at least once a day. (sometimes more) Question is....Does this reduce my natural testosterone ? Is it going to affect my workout? Will I be a little weaker on my workout if I release that morning? Not sure if anyone here has the answer... Would still like to hear your thoughts and opinions.
P.S. I hope my post isn't out of line. Seriously puzzled about this.

This is funny. I try to refrain from release before workouts. I never heard of it lowering your test, but it makes sensea bit. I showered after work the other day and was pumped about the gym. The wife was in the mood, so I thought Id throw her a bone. After the 3 minute session(maybe I thought alittle higher of myself), I didnt feel like going to workout and didnt. Since, I just wait til I get back and its even better!

There are a lot of mixed opinions on this, but unfortunately there's not a lot of hard data. There is some but not a massive amount.
Most studies have shown that men and women both experience in increase in testosterone due to sexual arousal or stimulation. There is, however, no conclusive proof on the basis of ejaculation confirming that it lowers test levels. Even so, we know ejaculating lowers dopamine levels. This could effect your workout in a negative way.
A lot of guys tend to say they feel less like training after sex. They become relaxed and their aggression levels are down. Think of it as kind of a lethargic state. I tend to agree with this. The relaxed feeling passes, but your workouts IMO will probably be better if you don't ejaculate right before. Try to have at least a couple hours between ejaculating and training IMO, referring to before training. After shouldn't make any difference.

Sex or masturbation causes your pituitary gland release prolactin. So if youre on a high fish diet and your taking trenbolone it could cause you to lactate :/

I remember about 7 or 8 years ago I was working out at Golds Gym with my workout buddy. During the workout he said I got to stop jacking off before I work out. Of course I shrugged it off and said haha. In reality though I was a little weaker that day and I did squeeze one out just before our workout. Ever since he said that I have wondered if it really does affect the workout. Amazing the things we can remember..

Case and lab studies have shown to be harmful to your health while in the shower. Just one slip and your hand could be broke hitting the wall. Then 50% of studies showed that "lab rats" slipped and fell in the shower.
