diet is everything. i'm older then you your best bet is go to the nutrition section first and sort out a diet. Taking steroids at a higher bf has more risks.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

What others have said is completely true. In addition cardio gets you lean. Not lifting weights hard and heavy. HIIT weight training can be substituted for cardio, but you need intensity and elevated heart rates to elevate BMR which is where your significant fat loss occurs.
Good luck. Hit the diet section. Diet is the key to being lean. More so then any other factor.

I just noticed this part. If you are the BF% I am guessing you are 25% or so nobody here is going to give you cycle advise other than NOT to do it. This is where that dick part of me comes outand by making a statement like the one you made you sound just like the 19 year old kid that was in hear last week. If you want to be as safe as possible for real...listen to knowledgable advise.

It's funny, I couldn't help but think this sounded like an 18-20 year old when I read it. I wouldn't be surprised if they were told they are too young and made a new account to try and get info. I've seen at least a few suggest trying it.

The speculation comes from the "I'm going to do it anyway, so stop telling me not to and tell me what cycle to run" attitude that you came across with. There are daily arguments with 18-20 year olds that go that way. If you are 33, then just take it with a grain of salt and keep researching. Hit the diet section. Tons of good info there.

I am not great at the whole BF% guessing thing but based on that pic alone I would say near 30%. Are you a big strong guy...yes. That is not the issue. Juice is not a diet. Def. hit that nutrition section. Cardio, cardio, cardio and when you are ready you will get very sound advise. Roids in your condition is just to much of a health risk for ppl to advise you on. Stay motivated and hit your goals my man.

You are pretty "chunky" to hit the juice right now. The biggest problem other than being extremely suceptable to gyno and other nasty sides, is that you wont beable to actually see your progress. More than likely you will add some LBM, but it will be covered up. I have no doubts you are getting tons of calories, maybe a bit too much. If you hit up the diet section, you can find a diet to get you down to a BF% that will be good to start a cycle with. Should be fairly quick as well. Something else you might want to consider is to use B12 injections. That way you can get the experience of pinning, plus get some pretty nice energy levels and feeling of well-being. <-Thats what they say, I want to try it. Also, I think you should go see your doctor and get thorough blood work done. You can even post it up if you would like and then advice will pour out on you. The vets will be able to pick up on what could and couldnt work, as well as plan out your first cycle. Just a thought. I am no vet.

Good luck man. You can do it. I've cut 100lbs in a year before with a disciplined diet and light cardio (20 minutes 3 times a day 7 days a week). You don't have to run an hour to see results. You are better off running 3 20 minute sessions then one hour long one.

Definitely hit the diet section. Until the bf% is lower (under 15), the risk of sides is higher. Good luck man.
