You have a hard head. Your diet pertains to your question. Your question is what cycle to do next. THe answer is YOU DON'T NEED STEROIDS TO GAIN 5 LBS.

We all know the gains get harder and harder. I gained 30lbs over the years. I think im doing ok so far. I didn't start out heavy like most guys.

Look...I gave you your answer in post #42. That with an increase in calories will gain you your 10 lbs.
I am afraid the real problem here is that you just want answers on adding OTHER compounds when there is really no need

Once again everyone I plan to address my diet before I even start the cycle. Either way I'm gonna cycle. We are all here for the same reason. Steroids ! This isn't a how to gain naturally site. This is a steroids site . So I don't understand why everyone acts like they prefer to do it naturally.

I see you are frustrated that your specific question wasn't answered. That happened because everyone here thought your real question was, "how can I put on more muscle." They want to make sure that you don't just take a larger risk with your health with little reward. Just saying, "add some Deca to your Test" wouldn't really by a complete answer.

Your numbers are a little off. But your right I started this week working on my diet. 4000 cals a day . 6 Meals. Know why ? Because diet is the most important thing. Please let me have the link you mentioned. I would love to see our similar body types. Your being slightly better though.

Everyone has the same questions. But not everyone gets the same answer. You asked a question and posted your stats. They gave you the best advice based off of what we know about you. I'm sorry that you didn't like it, but honestly its what you need to do. I don't know what it is that you do for a living that doesn't allow for you to eat enough. But there are 24hrs in a day. I have gained 110lbs in the last 17yrs. I'm a SF soldier in the United States Army. Find the ****ing time. Do what your told by the highly intelligent people who's time your wasting on this fine board or go away. That is all for now.

Everyone talks about eating big. Seems to me some of you guys worry too much about getting bigger because you can't cut down. Seriously no offense but the pics in your avatar hardly show someone who should be eating more. I mean we are all here for bodybuilding right? Not power lifters
If eating a perfect diet was that easy, we'd all be Jay cutlers and Ronnie Colemans. Look I'm not the perfect bodybuilder. But I'm working to get everything right. It doesn't happen overnight

you wopnt gains if you cant eata nd train. take tumeric root or ginger root pils 2X a day to make you eat more (good for you too)
you need diet not aas in my OP aswell.
PS. add in lots of good fats like olive oil to everything you can (pasta, protein drinks, foods ect.) helps with gains and cals
also peanutbutter is calori dense
you need calori dense
you can get cals in in 3-4 meals but 5 I like most (+ snack).

Luda......It seems you already have the answer to your question of how to gain 10 more lbs. Why don't you just stick with the 500 mgs of test for a cycle or 2? You said you gained 6 lbs on that dosage so just do another couple of test only cycles. But remember as your weight goes up you will have to eat more to gain the muscle and to keep it.
So really what's wrong with being 5'8" and 230 lbs? At age 23 I weighed 165-170. I gained all this through diet and a trt dose of test because of cycles done earlier. The 10 lbs you're after may cost you your nuts too.

Look bro I never said I was some out of shape kid. I feel pretty good about my physique but I strive to be better. Aas is new to me, ive only been introduce less than 2 years. Before aas I thought pro hormones were the shit. Like I said I've done test e but I want to try to bump it up. Didn't get too much sides from test. Just acne at the end of cycle into pct which I hated and puffy nipples but that's because I was underdosinf my aromasin doing it e3d at first then I realized it has to be taken Ed
No I don't mind you sharing my site but I just don't want to post my pics and links on this forum. Thats all.
Some might say I don't need help but I feel like I do.

Hey to each his own. I just can't imagine myself being anywhere near 200. But I'm built real compact so I actually look 180-190lbs. I will do test e again and either throw Ina. Kick start or do anavar at the end. My nuts did shrink on test but they are nicely plump now. Feels real good to grab my balls after they were small for so long lol.
I feel y'all on the eating and I'm trying.

I did not come to this site thinking I was bigger than anyone. I figured everyone here is a pro so I'm trying to get some advice. I've been lucky to respond really well to anythjng I do and anything I take IMO. I build my body proportionally rather than just Hittin chest everyday lol

You dont seem to understand and im taking this from you from how you said you only "kept 6lbs" in your 1 test e cycle... You dont understand with proper diet you could get that 10lbs easy as **** (staying under 10%BF) in the 18 weeks (12 week cycle, 2 weeks pct wait, 4 weeks pct) all without damaging your body. Stop being ignorant OP, go to Patz thread and look how everyone realized how much of an idiot he was which led to us officially not giving a fvck and not want to help him.
PS. What you said about eating perfectly and bout ronnies and cutlers size take your own advice "It doesnt happen overnight" you need to stop preaching to others until you can take your own advice.

UPDATE: I saw some pics of "someone" on a web site that he pm'd Cape and I. IFit's really him then he should be here sahring workout advise with quite a few of us. I then asked the OP to send me a pic doing something I requested to assure that it REALLY was him. I got the pic but it was to difficult to match the pic sent to the web site pics. I asked for another specific pic (yes I am a pain in the arse) and have not gotten it yet. I will say this, if that's 165 I would sh!t cause dude looks 200lbs large! Props to ya op IF it is you...still waiting on that pic.
