Which is total bullshiit to me. My diet has never been perfect. It's had decent moments but I acheived a lot with a lack of a proper diet bodybuilders are suppose to have because I worked my asss off in the gym, have good genetics, and of of course the help of supplements and aas
The kitchen is important but I think it's bullshjt thst someone says it's 70% eating. Maybe if you're trying to lose weight an get in shape but not if your trying to build muscle

You have doubts because you assumed because you've been doing steroids for a long time that you would be bigger than me and I'm prob some out of shape kid and that's why I'm asking for advice. Little do you know how much hard work and proper training can do. Put the heavy weight down and do some supersets. you'll look better

I have a friend who is same height if not a bit shorter, weighing right now 200lbs, this guy can eat 10 burgers from mcdonalds, 2 chipotles, some cuban food and not gain a pound, but he is going professionally and he is eating right at the moment, and a lot as well.
The day he doesnt eat upward of 7k calories he will lose a couple lbs, yes he is using gear but he is eating like Jay Cutler.So take that into account when you say you cant eat much, its all about what you really want and how you want to go about it. To me you are choosing the easy way, thats all....

first i didnt always go for size, i was fighting at 185lbs
and the one pic of me at 205lbs on here is on 60mg of predisone. So that makes you bloated. If i stopped working out for a couple months im sure i could drop down to your size.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Yes I said that because of course it's common sense that if you eat more you will get bigger even if you don't work out. Point is in a perfect world people will have a perfect diet. But the world is not perfect. And what works for me might not work for you. I've been able to gain without that great diet. But other skinny guys can't.Last edited by luda281; 08-30-2012 at 09:27 AM.

Lol diet is not very good. It's just genetics. I can't eat a lot. I use to be 125lbs. My body is just not use to eating 6 meals a day. I'd be lucky to get in 5 meals. But I do try to cover as much protein, carbs, and calories as possible

Ok...Luda/Ttran I appreciate the effort you made and pm'd me the pic last night. I would just like to take amoment if I may to explain what I believe is the point of view of most of these guys or at the very least my point of view.
All day everyday these kids come in here asking for advise on steroids when they have clearly not put in the work to establish a base that is worth the risk. They lie about their age, their stats, their diet. They want a magic pill that will make them look like Arnold when they currently look like Urkel. They demand answers and threaten to harm themselves by "doing it anyhow" if they don't get the answers they seek. Then when they are given sound advise from knowledgable vets such as "work out longer", "change your diet", "wait till you are old enough" and so on they get pissy and fling attitude.
I commend a number of these guys who for free (if ya don't count their $100 winnings lol) spend countless hours on this site sharing their knowledge and putting up with this behavior day in and day out. They no doubt could be doing something more for themselves than wasting their valuable time trying to save ppl from harming themselves.
With all that being said Ttran nobody is refusing to help you. They WANT to help you! As I said before if those pics and the info is you then kudos. You have definetly established a base and then some and most definetly paid your dues at the gym. I am no expert (although I did stay at a Holiday In Express) and am no pro. I am a 242.5 lbs 6ft guy who loves to work out and has a difficult time keeping a good diet, who loves to be a smart AAS on this site and help out wherever I can. Nobody here has ONCE that I have seen said they are better than you or anyone that I have seen. There are guys here who have tons of knowledge and are MORE than willing to help you. They just get lied to soooo frequently that they get some what gun shy.
My suggestion...take a breath, start over and approach things with a different outlook. You will def. catch more flies with honey than you ever will with vinager.

Call me what you want. Noone has the same exact diet all year round. Don't tell me what I do doesnr work because it did work for me. Your body isn't like mine. What I can get away with you prob can't. So please dont be mad because you worry more about diet and gain less. I appreciate the advice. I will approach it differently next time. I just felt like people assumed I was some kid trying to abuse steroids and everyone started attacking me. I think I did it the right way. I worked out for many years before I touched aas and now want to test my potential with it. I know my diet is a work in progress but I am

Read some of the historical (and histerical) posts that these guys see everyday and I think you may get a better feel for WHY member felt that way. But please don't get frustrated. Yes I understand because I see it going on on every forum. I know 9 out of 10 threads is someone who is out of shape hasn't put in any work naturally, hasn't worked on a good routine, dieting..etc but want to juice. While I still
Have stuff to work on, I've done a lot on my own before aas. I feel more like an intermediate bodybuilder now.
I'll stick around I got a lot of questions over st bodybuilding dot com. Im not the biggest guy at 5'7 165 but I think people appreciate the fact that I showed smaller guys can look good too so I try to help people with what I've learned. Ya maybe I'll stick around and see how things are here.

you want to look for "calori dense food" even just googling that term will help you.
and the ginger and/or tumeric pill / tea idea is a VERY good one. will give you the munchies and help with digestion. i would not take it none stop maybe few weeks on couple off or something like that. (i mean for high doses daily use, having some in your food here and there i would not worrie about having on the reg)
I dont eat meat so I am an oddball when it comes to bbing and diet but 195 13%bf and 5'7" is HUGE for me. my end goal is justr 220 but that will look MASSIVE. because i am NOT talking fat or water.
shit look up franco columbo , he was 5'6" or 5'7" and contest lbs was only around 180 and he look INSAIN (better then me by far ofcourse) so a LEAN 200 at 5'7" would look like a monster.
