New cycle starting soon. Need advice.
hello all,
starting my second cycle very soon.
i'm going to be taking test p and possibly anavar . (i say possibly because i have it on hand but am not sure of throwing it in just yet.)
my stats:
5'10"
23 years old
190 lbs.
17.3 % body fat
my last cycle was a tren A and test e cycle. gained a lot of mass quickly but lost most of it coming off because how hard i was shut down.
my new goals are to drop the fat, while hopefully gaining some mass around my once huge, now mediocre arms. the rest of the body has nice size.
I will be taking pics with very soon.
I'd like some advice on how i should attack this crazy high body fat. any diet advice, cardio advice, workout routine advice is greatly welcome. i will continue to read up on the nutrition boards for now until i have a solid plan.

^^^Agree with Pete.
If you can dial a diet down for 1 year, you can raise hell on the next cycle you do. Keep reading, if you get sidetracked then always post your diet and let the guys look at it.

Definitely hold off and get the diet in check over the next year, when ready you will be able to keep the gains.....

As asked above, did you run a proper PCT after the first cycle?

yes I did do a proper pct of hcg during cycle and nolva, clomid, hcg after, and a little bit of letro after pct to deal with the excess gyno. so it would be wise to wait a year then? is this to get my body in shape fat wise? or is it for recuperation after Mt last cycle?

It's more if you have a good diet you'll get better gains or cut better depending on the goal. . Also at this point in time if your willing to wait a year then lose a bit of bodyfat. It will make your gains more noticeable when your on cycle.

Well i would focus on getting your diet right first. I would also get your BF% down without aas first. Seeing that you're 23 I would hold off and get everything squared away first. You now see the cons when things arnt done right, well I hope at least.

definitely t-dogg. im gonna sit this cycle out for a bit.
UPDATE: Have been cutting since my last post on this thread, and am glad to say i'm already down 2%. Yes, thats 2 % body fat down in 10 days! (proud moment) i will be posting my diet in Nutritions if you are curious as to see what i've been doing. when im down to about 9% (my new goal), i will maintain that weight for 6 months to a year to have my body's metabolism adjusted to burning fat at all times, and then will begin to my AAS cycle. Thanks a lot for the advice guys. Will be posting progress pics soon.
