Strength
Hey guys what's the best course for strength?any info appreciated,I'm 5"7,84 kg,tried lots of different gear in past,just looking for some opinions,thanxs

How do you train? How hard do you train? Are you wanting to build powerlifting strength or just strength in general?

I train 4 times a week for an hour and a half a session,looking for strength in general but would be interested in powerlifting aswell but general strength is main target just now,I generally do sets of 6-8 reps,I train hard and eat quite a lot of food and plenty protein plus animal pak vitamins,any help would be very helpfully,about anabolics also,thanx for replying guys
