Best times of day to take var?

Hello guys I am about to start taking anavar in my cycle and I was wandering when is the best time of day to take it.
I will be doing 80mgs a day and I was told to take 2 each/four times a day, do I take with food? or on an empty stomach?

Most say take it twice a day, 40 split. Or you can take it all at once. Id do twice a day. first thing in the morning, then 9hrs later.

IMO, it makes absolutely NO difference when you take it, or whether you split it up during the day. I've done both several times and didn't notice a difference

Agree with TR. I take 100mg in the morning and done.

I split mine up like t-dogg. I think that's good enough. I will try Times and Austine's suggestion next though.

Honestly the only reason I don't split is because I always forget to take the second dose. But still get great results from all at once.
