Anyone please help suggest a thermogenic that I can get in australia.
Something not injectable and nothing to dangerousbut help shred last 5-6 kilos

I have a thread in nutrition about my food plan but will fix it up now that I've had help with macros and what not.
Just want something I can get in australia.
Was looking at clen . Is it safe and anyone had good results on it?

P.S I love this forum. Can't believe I haven't been on here before. I was a whore to body building dot com. Still am, but I love these forums. Everyone knows what they are talking about and seems friendly.

Personally, I would not use clen again. too harsh on the body, and only can take it for two weeks at a time.
I'm looking into T3, but haven't tried it yet.
and there is always caffeine............? you can pick up straight caffeine caps in many drugstores

I'm in the same boat as roman. Clen made me feel like I was on crack when i took it.... And a few days in I began to cramp a lot.
I'm currently taking albuteral while on cycle. Eating really clean with minimal cardio (20-30 mins of low intensity after a work out) and body fat is coming off. I'm doing 4mg 3xday. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. No side affects other then feeling hot and sweating more.

Thanks maybe I'll skip the clen for a bit.
I tried t3 drops few years ago I'd go that if I could get onto it as easy as I could last time. All I had do was squirt drops
Into some water. I occasionally felt heart race but nothing else and lost easy few kilos. Didn't get to finish the bottle.

I like Clen /T3/Keto cycle. I hate the way clen makes me feel with all the shaking and cold sweat but it makes me look great. The Clen/T3/Keto cycle can be pretty tough (insomnia, heart poundings, hbp) so just take less for a little longer.

I don't really know anything about cycling etc. the thought of taking that much scares me lol

All I've experienced so far is rise in body temperature. Maybe a little heart palps but nothing scary. I only did half scoop
hit the weights when I get home tonight. Hope the body temp is still up
