Test Cyp & Anavar Cycle Question.

Ok so I have 1 bottle cyp 250mg/ml 10cc and 1 bottle oral var 25mg/ml 50cc.

What would be the best way to cycle these? I'm not necessarily wanting to get big, but as lean as possible.

6'4" 205lbs 10-13% bodyfat.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

More Test and Anavar .


A good cycle with Test and anavar is Test C at 500mg's for 12wks and Anavar at 60mgs for 6-8wks. If your diet is good, you will see great results.

At your weight, maybe increase the anavar to 80.

With Test C and Var you'd want to run it 12 weeks. Test 500 mg per week, Anavar at 50 mg ed. That would be 2-3 more bottles of Var (better to have 3 and run 75 mg ed). Need 2 more bottles of Test C too. Also 5000 i.u.'s of HCG as well as clomid (torem) and Tamox for PCT. Your a ways off from an effective cycle, but with these thing I think you'll have success.

you need to run an ai during your cycle as well.

if you decide on a standard 500mg/wk x 12wk cycle, you'll need 3 botts of test c.

you can also consider doing a slightly lower dose of 400mg/wk x 12wks, then you can get away with 2 botts, but it may be a little harder to measure the ml required per shot.

Do the HCG at 250 i.u.'s 2-3 times a week spread out evenly over the week. Monday and Thursday for instance, throughout the cycle, right up to the day before PCT.
