Gearbox and measuretwice are correct. This kind of question is fundamental and if you don't know, you need to spend more time learning about cycles, gear, an the risks. Too many guys jump into this, screw with their physiology and then come running back here in a panic when things go wrong.

You will save yourself the agony of a poorly run cycle and numerous risks if you practice a little more patience before you charge into this.
