I've done a test e cycle about 4 years ago. 250mg/w. Went from 175- 196. A lot of fat. Diet sucked at the time. Took a about 6months off a couple of years ago and lost weight. 28yrs old 5'7" at180lbs now about 10% body fat. Trying to put on some mass. I'm thinking about doing 500-600 test. Wanting to know what a good amount of Deca I could take to get good mass gains. Also would like to know how good strength gains are with the added Deca. Not looking to add more than 2 things in cycle. Open to all suggestions. Not doing this until the end of the year or beginning of the year. I know about AI and pct. Don't have anything yet. Trying to get ideas. Thanks

Test only. 400-500 mg split 2 x a week. What is your ai ? Any hcg ? Your pct?

Deca will is anabolic not androgenic . It will not give you strength gains. Well nothing you will notice imo

Arimidex for AI and clomid for pct. Hadn't decided on hcg . Is it a necessity?

You need novla as well for pct. hcg makes recovery easier.

I will be adding the Novla and hcg as well then. And doing test only at 500/week. What dose should I do for hcg novla and clomid? I should start clomid and novla 2 weeks after last inj and use for 4 weeks?

Hcg 250 ius 2 x a week.
Novla 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
If test e yes 2 weeks after.

Nolva-40/40/20/20
Clomid-100/100/50/50 or some prefer 100/50/50/50

HCG is used on cycle 200-250iu 2-3x a week depending
