43y/o, 6'1", 212lbs, 14% b/f, lifting for 2 years religiously

1st cycle started this week:

Test-E 500mgs/week (250 2x week) for 12 weeks
Dianabol 40mgs/day for 5 weeks

PCT
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

keeping HCG on hand if needed

My question is do I need to run an AI while on this cycle? if so what wouls you recommend, Arimidex ?

Yes you should run a ai. And i would drop the dbol .

You can run the ai at 12.5 each day or 25 every other day. I do each day.

Personally im not a fan. Its mostly water weight and water you will lose after the cycle. I like gains you can keep.
