This was about what I expected to see. I can't say this nice (well I probably could but won't) your diet suck! You will get poor results from any cycle because this diet doesn't support aas usage. I bet $$ your BF is higher than 17%

Blunt is the best way! what are you recommending? I wish I had a lot more time for home cookin which I do often on the weekends. I use protein as my guide for when I have to eat on the go. Owning a truck can take it out of you. even though I make it to the gym it seems like thursday and friday im running in all directions all day long. I still try to put in a lot of effort. My only vacation every year is to attend Arnold Classic.

You need to calculate your TDEE (total Daily energy Expenditure) - this will give you a magic caloric number. In order to gain, you will need to go into an increase of 500 calories +, or if cutting, you would go into a caloric deficit of 500+. Minding macros of course (protein, fats, carbs).

This is all explained in the nutrition forum sticky threads and a perfect place to start research.

As Austin said...head over to the nutrition forum and let those guys get ahold of you. They are very helpful. Best thing to do is to cook all your food for the wek on 1 or 2 days you have available. It helps to keep a diet log...one thats more accurate than your log book probably is lol. You go over and get a strong diet worked out and give it some time and when you hit your BF goals THEN lets look at that test only cycle.
