step one...opinions thanks
Test Prop only cycle let me know what you guys think?
Stats:
5’9,177cm
74kg,
12%BF,
Age 28
Training has been serious for about 3 years with a proper diet for 2.
Atm 2800cals 359pro 203carbs 65fat
protein accounts for 1436cals and energy (carbs and fat) accounts for 1397cals
I will adjust diet accordingly
My cycle
Weeks 1-8 = 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-8 = AI arimidex (adex) 0.25mg EOD
Weeks 5-7 = HCG 250iu 2x wk mon,thur (I can only afford hcg for 2wks) still better then nothing I think..
Stop hcg 5 days before pct
PCT start 3 days after last pin
AI stops, 1day before PCT starts
Weeks8-12= clomid 50/50/50/50/ ED
nolva 20/20/20/20/ ED

run hcg through out the 10 week cycle at 250 iu 2x a week (wait till you can afford it)
I would run clomid 100/75/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20
I am in no way saying you should not cycle but if money is an issue I would not cycle just yet. you never know if you get bunk research chem and gotta buy another ai or pct. or you develop gyno (unilikely due to your set up) and gotta buy letro etc..

I'm not going to speak about the PCT portion, since I have very little experience with it, but the rest is looking good. I'm assuming this is your first cycle? I really like that you are easing into your gear. 350mg test p is a little light, but that's ok. If you get a benefit from it, and helps you start making some gains, then mission accomplished. Sometimes, it's better to go slow, and work hard to keep your gains post cycle.
And here's the thing. If you find success at the proposed dose/cycle, two things are in your favor:
1) you will only have to worry about the risk of minimal sides
2) you have significant room down the road to increase your cycle dose if/when you hit a plateau and need a bump.

Hey guys, did anyone else do the math here? 74Kg = 162.8Lbs. JonesStreet, you would be best off getting your diet perfected well before you turn to gear, you can go a long way still naturally, and will develop the tools to maintain the gains from steroids .
