diet and lose the fat? doing more on lower chest won't help you any.

ill stick with the test400 that im taking though because i heard its good fir cutting aswell

Looks a little better than my fat man boobs. Just fat, feels just like loose fat under there. . . . Sure wish it would go away quicker too.

Diet & cardio .man. Looks like fat . you would know if its gyno . Lol.
Also could try decline flys and dips with elbows out and chin on chest. That help build that nice lower outer chest. But wont see much without lower b.f. Good luck.
What are your stats ?
Diet
Training
Age .etc

What everyone said, and for the record: you can't get rid of fat in isolation. Doing more chest exercises will not make your chest tighter because the layer of fat on top will remain. Your genetics dictate where fat will be stored first and where fat will be lost first. Just diet/cardio. When you start feeling hungry, wait an hour, then eat clean; don't binge eat.

yeah i have been doing around 40mins cardio a day so far.
Diet, i will generally have breakfast (oats 1 packet)
Then lunch which will either be tuna and pasta, or chicken salad sandwhich
Then snacks which will be 3 boiled eggs.
Dinner which will be steak/chicken/beef/ or something along with veg and maybe some brown rice
Then before bed i will normally have something like tuna/samon again

The tighter you are with yourself, the tighter you will be. This is how I lost over 30 pounds in less than 2 months.
Just like anything in life for the majority of us, what you put in - is what you put out.

The diet section here has everything you need to sort a diet out.
First work out your TDEE total daily energy expenditure then decide if you want to gain lean body mass or loose fat and and make up your diet consisting of correct protein/carb/fat ratio and off you go.
There is even a list of bodybuilding foods complete with macro nutrients table.
It's there for you to access and digest but you seem to want It done for you!
