Hey man. Welcome to steroid .com

    Couple things real quick...

23% BF is certainly high for cycling (although you could still be healthy, but you just wont benifit from any AAS usage at that BF)

EQ will raise RBC levels too high, minimal results, not good for cutting because it makes most people hungry! Trash it, it's junk.

Hang on to the rest, it wont go bad.

Copy and paste that diet into the nutrition section and let the guys there analyze your diet and help you fix it. You cut with food, not gear

    Best of luck!

Diet down naturally to 10-15% then start on some test only and you will become a beast

Solid post and I agree, much to fat to start a cycle. To say though that you wont benefit because you are fat is completly wrong. He will hold more lean mass while on a calorie restricited diet while possibly gaining, he will maintain strength or even gain strength. His recovery times will be faster etc.. His body doesnt look a this new found gear when injected and say... hmm your to fat i wont do anything with this.. Just look at fat 30% power lifters that could care less what they look like. Tell them their gear does nothing for them.

But yes I would get to 15%ish percent , this way in 12 weeks or so come end of cycle you can be 10 or lower with perfect diet and cardio.. Vs starting at 20 something percent getting down to 15 or whatever but still being fat.

True. You will hold onto muscle. I should have been more clear. You will not see a lot of changes in the mirror after say an 8 to 10 week cycle. Not unless a massive amount of cardio is done and the diet posted above is fixed. At that point, it can be done naturally. So what if you lose a few lbs of lean mass?

Realistically, most AAS seekers that are over-weight are generally looking for a quick-fix and more than likely, not fans of the treadmill or calorie deficits. Power lifters are a completely different category and typically have no intention to run a cutting cycle. This guy wants to look good and have a rockin' body. Comparing apples to oranges....

So in short, I was taking his goals into consideration when I gave advice. I most certainly would not give the same answer to a power lifter who's goal is to lift more, regardless of how he looked. That would just be silly

I agree you def wont see a difference at 23% if diet and cardio are not 100% perfect... but I know a lot of fat people im friends with that have ran cycles in their 20% BF then came 1st place overall in a show. I think mentally being on something you tend to train harder, eat better and stay focused more because you are actually "ON something" and want to get your cycles worth. I think its a lazy way out and your right.. You need to learn to diet long before you ever cycle or your just wasting money and doing harm to your body. Most of my friends and the one specifically who won a show after being 20+BF knew how to diet and it wasnt his first cycle.. If the OP has never been in the single digit body fat % and has always been fat then cycling is not going to do much for him as he obviously doesnt no how to eat.

So in the end like Austin said OP.... Learn2diet and take that time to get to 15% or so natural then jump on cycle and you will have much better results and already be somewhat lean.

I started in my high 20's and I am down to about 16% . I understand how much better I would have looked if I got down to 16% and then started but that was just not in the cards for me.
