? About. Clen, and kidneys
Can clen affect my kidneys, I have been having some mild discomfort not pain just letting me know they are there. On my left side near bottom of back. I been on clen for about 7 weeks, taking 2 ml keto Ed , 140 mcg clen. I have been drinking a lot water. ????

Clen shouldnt do anything to your kidneys in 7 weeks. If I were a betting man I'd put money on you eating very few carbs while you are on your diet but maintaining a high protein intake. Now THAT could cause kidney pain.. your body needs carbs to break down complex protein chains and digest them, no carbs, no digesting so they end up in your kidneys. Just a guess.
Milk thistle sucks and its for your liver not your kidneys..

I'd be much more worried about cardiovascular damage.
Just come off. 7 weeks is pushing it.
