    First Cycle help and advise

    Ok with more researching and revising this is what I came up with my first cycle..I'd like an opinion of it

    I am 28 5'5" 140lbs 12 % BF ,tiny mofo


    Week 1-12 250mg Test E (not sure if I should go 500mg,but since I'm a beginner,might be a good start with 250,let me know if it'll be OK with 500)
    Week 13-14- nothing (although i'm thinking if it should be 3 weeks)
    week 15-18-pct -nolva 40mg/40 and 20/20

    You need to gain a little more lean weight before you cycle. BF is good, but 140 is too small a frame, even at 5'5"

    been at the gym for 7 years 4 times a week..and my diet is a regular 4 healthy meals a day with regular consumption of veggies and fruits throughout the day and 6 servings of shakes throughout,vitamins everyday.I rarely eat junk food.

    Can you please post exactly what you ate today. Start with breakfast all the way to dinner. Portions, etc...

    when i woke up at 6 had bowl of oats with sliced fresh fruits. and a shake, at 9 I had 4 soft boiled eggs and 2 sausages and cup of cottage cheese with fruits. at 12 I had a chicken salad sandwich,an apple and a shake. at 3 had snacked on some nuts and a shake.and 5 0r 6 had dinner of a t-bone steak and mashed carrots.at 9 i had a salad and shake.

    Ok. So now, head over to the nutrition section. Look for a member 405 or gbrice. Post that there and let them tell you why this is not a good diet for your goals.

    Oats, fruit, shake, 4 eggs, sausage and cottage cheese - that could be one meal, not 2. You're getting a lot of protein from shakes, that's not a good idea. Lacking carbs, too.

    You have to calculate your TDEE and increase calories by 500 or more, minding macros. That's how you gain.

    well what would be a good dose for my weight,small frame,I dont care if it's a small dose,and longer time frame.I just need a little boost,after all that's what you all use it for is it not?..I'm eating well I'm not skinny I'm not fat..at 5'5 at 140 lbs and my frame size,it is my ideal weight, I'm not those guys who are short and stocky naturally.you know big boned..

    Most people I know do test at around 500mg and deca at around 300mg for their first cycle. I know from experience that if your diet isnt right you wont see the gains you want no matter what you take.

    Mate, your living in denial. Forget all this nonsense about "i'm not one of these people who get this, this and this". You are how you are because of the habits you consistently follow. I'm making a rough guess here as i'm not your personal nutritionist. But i'd say 3000 calories a day consistently and you'll start gaining weight. You don't need a lil boost. You need to perfect the fundamentals before you even think about gear. If you make the jump with your current knowledge you'll get crappy results and lose whatever you gained post cycle.

    A little too heavy on the shakes bro. Try to stick to one a day, 2 at most. The rest of cals and protein should be from food.


    If you do decide to juice, it's not magic. It will help you gain weight and LBM. But, you won't keep the gains if your diet is shit. Which your doesn't seem that bad.


    Count your numbers down bro. You need to know your TDEE. Count your cals, carbs, fat g's and protein.

    you're a grown man, so you can decide for yourself what you want.

    if you want a low dose cycle, try 400mg/wk. if you want the standard, 500mg/wk.
    while on cycle, you'll need a low dose AI, and also hcg .
    2wks after last pin, clomid and nolva together for pct. nolva 40/40/20/20, clomid 100/50/50/50.

    diet.... you really really need to eat more. otherwise, it will just become a cutting cycle. you weight will remain the same, you may lose some fat and gain some muscles, but nothing dramatic will happen.

    pls fix your diet before you start, or you will be really disappointed with the results.

    Alright I'll fix the diet, and start a cycle in a few months.
