    Welcome.

Biggest mistake most beginners make is looking for a short cut. This will only result in disappointment and waste of money. There really is no such thing. Cutting is done with food. So having your diet evaluated by the pro's in the nutrition section would be your next stop.

That said, what is your height and how old are you?

Steroids are NOT a shortcut. They are an addition to proper nutrition and exercise.

dedication/consistency in your diet and training. Be patient and work your a$$ off. If you really want it, you can get there! Shortcuts will get you nowhere. Do it right and youll see what you want

I sense this heading downhill. OP please understand that there are a number of guys who spend countless hours of there time here trying to help ppl do things the right way and be safe. ALOT come in here being very argumentative and tell the members that they have a PT or a nutrionist or a friend that is a pro BB or whatever. MOST are full of crap and just hate being told they are making a mistake.

I am in no way implying that is the case with you but we like to know all the deatils before a safe and solid rec. can be made. I am sure you understand that nutrition is a vital key to BB and getting an idea of your nutrition facts just helps with the eval process. Its not meant to be offensive.

If your coach is a pro bodybuilder, why isn't he giving you your AAS help as well. Or do you expect us to believe he is a pro with no AAS knowledge.

As said already, cutting is done with food. Proper diet is key whether on or off cycle. If you don't want help, then don't bother waisting your time or ours here. If you want help, then drop the attitude and let the vets here help.

Come on T-stone, let's work together here. You're asking us how to take powerful, illegal drugs. We're asking what you ate yesterday. That's not all that unfair if you think about it.
