Thinking about my 1st cycle just alittle worried

Hey guys this my 1st post but been reading for months now.

    OK I'm 30 yrs old 5'10" 174lbs. I started seriously lifting about 2 years ago . I originally weighed 146lbs I now sit at 174lbs.
I'm probably around 15% bf would like to get to 12%bf before I cycle.

I only want to do a test e cycle with appropriate pct and keep the gains permanent.
I'd like to walk around at 190-200lbs.
My question is I have slight shoulder pain when benching always have. So would a cycle makes things worse or have a negative effect ? I'm looking to start my cycle on the 1st of the year 2013.
Thanks for the advice in advance.

Also my wife is a nurse and says she'll administrator the test e but I'm still crazy nervous about everything but really want to try a cycle is it normal to be this worried

    Welcome, DB.

Although your stats are ok to start a cycle, I would be very cautious to even workout, much less cycle gear. Slight shoulder pain may not seem like a big deal, however, it could be something serious, or might get worse with intense training and lead to serious injury.

I would certainly get that shoulder diagnosed first.

    Best of luck to you.

Well it's always best to research yourself in order to better retain the knowledge. All of the PCT info you seek can be found in the PCT sticky at the top.
There is also a search function if you type in keywords you can find hundreds of threads that discuss this as well.
You have a good amount of time to get some homework done. Come back with a fully laid out cycle and pct as well as you AI and we will assist.

be very careful and get it checked, im on my 3rd appointment now and waiting on an MRI scan, they reckon its a labrum slap tear injury that will need keyhole to sort, ive been 1 step forward and 3 back for 3yrs now with this shit and all the warning signs where there before it really went, i wish i'd of had the sense to slow down then!!

I agree with all of the above. Be carful with the shoulder. Its not fun if that pain escalates to something more serious..

Get that shoulder checked NOW! before your cycle. You very well could have a rotor cuff tear. This will not heal itself and will only get worse.I had it done back in 09 it takes a long time to come back from. And there is no rushing it.

Thanks guys I will defiantly get it checked out. I had the same pain with my right shoulder 2 yrs ago . (Work injury)
Dr said I tore my labrum . I didn't want surgery so he said get a Personal Trainer and try and build muscle around the shoulder to stabilize the joint.

And that's what I did now I'm pain free in the right shoulder but the left is a little sore a day or 2 after I bench.
I grew to love training now just would like to get a little bigger.

But all in all happy with my little gains .I will defiantly get it looked before any cycle.
Thanks again for the advice .

    Hi Bro and again, Welcome!

In addition to what these veterans are telling you regards to getting that shoulder checked, I'd also research adding an AI and HCG to your protocol. Perhaps you have and didn't mention it?? Might help you to not only "keep the gains" but also further aid in keeping the unwanted sides down. Of course only if the shoulder is cleared! Just my $0.02

When and IF I do start a cycle I will have a proper PCT AI and will take Hcg I've been reading everything absorbing as much info as possible.

I know I didnt exactly lay out the cycle I want to take but in due time I will post it for the critique of the board.

I'd like to start my cycle in January if my shoulder checks out.
But in the mean time I have lots more homework to do and question to ask.

I'm the type of person that once I commit to something I give it everything I have to succeed
This forum is full of info and people wanting to help others which is awesome.
