Am I dosing correctly? 50mg stanzolol tablets.
Hello-
I'm 185# 5-8 31yrs-pic to follow.
Workout crossfit daily weekly bikerides and daily Construcion work.
I've been doing crossfit style workouts for over a year now as well as road cycling consistently. I've not plateaued in leaning our or muscle gain but I want a boost to maximize my lean muscle growth and fat burning.
I purchased some 100 50 mg stanzolol tablets made by red dragon.
Ive read a hundred different dosing and cycling schedule recommendations and I'm trying to find a good balance to maximize my workouts but not damage the body too severely.
I've been dosing as follows:
Daily-
50 mg stanzalol tablets
100mg milk thistle.
Also-in the morning I workout at 6am and take a scoop of "buzzerk" preworkoit formula which has creative in it amongst lots of vitamins etc. is this counter active?
Main question: should I continue to take the stanzolol daily at 50mg or go 2-weeks on and 1-week off?
Any other advice will be extremely helpful.

I'd get rid of the Milk thistle and lookup TUDCA or UDCA.
Also, what is your BF%? Winny, for me, wont do anything visible unless I'm somewhat lean, 13% or less.

I run UDCA from AR every day. On or off, I like having liver support, and my BW test come in mid week. So we will see just how good it is!

I would run test along with that.
