    Best way to dose my Halotestin?

    Hopefully some halo users can chime in (especially "Stpete")

    I have a small amount of halo left over to use for an upcoming armwrestling tournament. 375mg (25qty @ 15mg/ea)

    My original idea was to take 15mg/day for 11 days (165mg), then 30mg/day for 7 days (210mg)

    My only issue is this....I usually rest 7 days before a tournament. (no training at all, so I can be healed up.)
    So do you think it's pointless to use the 30mg/day for my last 7 days when I'm not lifting? Should I do a lighter dosage on my week off and bump it up while I'm hitting it hard? Then maybe increase the dosage a day or 2 before my tournament?

    Halo goes to work quick. I would go lighter on your days off and increase on your training days. That's what i'm doing right now. I run 15mgs on off days, and 30mgs on training days. But i'm gonna take 50 or 60mgs day of comp.

    Typically with orals, or injectables for that matter, i don't decrease dosage on off days but due to halo's toxicity, i back off a little.

    Hope this helps and works well for you if you decide to go this route.

    gona have to dry run this stuff nxt year sometime before my next dlift comp

    30mgs was enough for me. i dont think i could go 50-60mg
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I know. But i think i can handle it for one day. But i'm over heating and edgy right now.

    haha..I've been fortunate to have been around a lot of older guys while learning the trade and supplements.

    It's all good! That's what this page is here for, spread the knowledge you have about this stuff!

    50-60mg sounds beastly!! My tops was 40mg....had a couple headaches throughout the 4wk period, but that's it. But it was well worth it for aggressive edge during competition!!!

    Change of plans now that my Halo has come in (because I'm impatient lol!!) I was going to save my "full cycle amount - 1200mg" for the beginning of year, and take the remaining (300mg) later this month for an upcoming tourney. But.......Screw it! I'm starting today and gonna hit a full halo cycle since I have about 6wks before my November competition!

    In order the rate this new halo compared to another I've taken, what are some good stats to record now, and then again at the end of cycle?
