    ligament/tendon/joint pain on aas?

Ok so I've done a few ph cycles and on my second aas cycle now and e erytime I cycle anything my stfength goes through the roof and it seems to be to much for my joints (I'm not sure if its tendons or ligaments az well) anyway when I'm at the gym lets say my arm days my elbows kill me, my chest days my shoulder joints kill me, my leg days my knees kill me... I am currently on dbol 50mg, test 750mg and deca 400mg a week... should I add glucosamine or is there anything I can taketo help with this... after my workouts myjoints are fine. Its just while workin out andi feel as if I will have a injury coming if I continue like this... bottom line is my muscles want to lift more then my joints/tendons/ligaments want to support... thanks for any input and I will be adding a ai to the cycle and no hcg but I do have knowledge of them thanks

Sounds about right and you are lucky you have not done any serious damage or had a serous injury yet. Tendons are a LOT slower at being ready for heavy weights than muscle. Even though you feel like you can lift heavier weights doesnt mean you should. This is why most people get injured.

Warm up at least 2x longer than usual. DONT try to max out. Drink more water, less salt. Start taking MSN (it's better than glucosimine) or you can do the glucosimine with MSN.

Also ice is always good for the joints/aches and pain. You may think heat is better but it adds blood to the area increasing inflammation. Ice reduces the inflammation and makes it feel better quicker.

Thnks for the advice.. its just hard not to lift to your max knowing you can put up more weight (ripping more muscle) knowing you'll get bigger faster lol.. will definitely take some of the tips though... where can i find msn at a local store or should I check with my source?

It'll be even harder to take 6-9 months off because you tore a tendon loose, had to have surgery, endure rehab and start all over.

    Solid advice.

I'll throw in my two cents on this. Speaking from personal experience I have lifted with incorrect form for years. Possibly not your issue but I bring it up because I was so surprised when I was taught correctly how much of a difference it made. At the beginning of the year I stumbled into a friendship with a group of powerlifters at my gym. I won't go into the details of everything they have helped me with but I will say that I suffered from all the same aches and pains you describe.

Growing up lifting just didn't seem that damn complicated. Read some articles, watch the videos. Do what you see. How hard is it to bench? Raise the bar, lower the bar. Of course it's more complicated than that. I read about tucking elbows, driving from the heels etc. I just thought I was doing it right.

Well, until someone who routinely benches 400+ was standing there watching me I had no idea how wrong I was getting it.

Don't even ask about my squat. Lol. I've never neglected my lower body but I would squat up to 500 poubds with my knees in front of my feet having no idea how it was even possible to do it any other way without falling on my ass. And my knees gradually hurt more and more. Once I understood? The pain literally disappeared in two weeks.

Perhaps not yours problem. Just wanted to share my story in case.

Exactly. Want to see picture of my shoulder surgery from almost 6 months ago? I can bench a whole 100lbs right now and thats more than a few weeks ago. Sound like fun? I went almost a full year trying to recover without surgery first. I had no problem doing multiple reps with 110lb dumbbells just prior and more with the straight bar. I speak from experience.

Google MSM powder. Many sources for it. One of the vets here (Times Roman) loves it and has been taking it for a long time. I just ordered some through amazon.

There are plenty of other ways to train. You dont have to lift max weight in order to grow or grow fast. I rarely go super heavy any more.
Of course if you are training for powerlifting then thats different.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

A lot of things come into play here. How long have you been lifting? How long where you lifting before your 1st PH cycle? You are on your 2nd aas cycle and you are running high does for no reason. Not trying to be rude but it sounds like you are your worst enemy.Your body needs time to grow. Now when I say this I am not only talking about your muscles. But all the conective tissue and joints.
