    When can you start feeling the effects of deca at 500 a week

    If you are going to use Deca i would suggest jump-starting your cycle with d-bol (30-40mg/ed depending on your experience). Because it does take about 3 weeks, as Epoc said, I like to jump-start it a bit...

    If you havent used test before alone, it may be hard to distinguish its effects from the Deca ...otherwise Id notice it in about 5-6wks.
