19 year old anavar
I'm 19 years old 260pds and 6,2. I have size and strength but still a ton of fat. I am planning on running anavar for 16 weeks. I know you guys are going to say to get my training diet in check and that I'm to young but I have done my research and I am going to go though with it. But I wanted to ask you guts on advice while I'm on it what to take with it etc. I'm only running anavar not looking for gains just to drop fat and maintain my muscle
Thanks guys

Obviously it's not safe to cycle anything at your age. However... Even if you were 30 years old. With a "ton of fat" as you stated, var will do nothing for you. You need to lower your calories (probably tremendously) and get on the treadmill 5 to 6 hours a week. Check out a thread in the nutrition section called DIETING 101: CUTTING.
Welcome and good luck.

var wont make much a difference on your bodyfat, if it very high you will struggle to notice any difference at all
you need at least 60mg i.m.o to notice decent effect and i doubt you can afford that for 16 weeks at 19
look into eca

Sixteen weeks? Clearly you have not done your research champ. You need to be AT LEAST below fourteen percent bodyfat, and that's being generous.

It was of my belief that you don't need an AI on an Anavar cycle without testosterone ?

I appreciate the side bar but I've met many people in nutrition stores who know next to nothing about nutrition just as I've met many doctors who don't know squat about endocrine manipulation or anabolic agents. I own a fast car, but it doesn't make me a race car driver.

Diet looks fair but not great. Too few meals can be as bad as too much food.
Bars and shakes are typically loaded with fillers and maltodextrin or other artificial sweeteners that spike your insulin and promote fat retention. Bars and shakes are generally poor meal alternatives.

I personally think you will be better off with fewer bars and shakes and more food choices.
I used to love protein bars and shakes until I realized how bad they were for me.

This post is as far asI have gotten. If you are in ok shape(cardio/heart wise), take this advice. I havent gotten further, so if I am out of line, please excuse me. But this is great advice, but start slow and not after about 3PM. Great advice Austinite, as usual. And 16 weeks of var is insanity man. No way even the most experienced body builders do that. DO NOT DO THIS! I had elevated liver enzymes at just 5.5 weeks. It would be a waste of money in your situation. Read all the stickies, and study them. Propose a cycle, and someone will help. More than likely not many of us will at your age, but we can at least see that you have a grasp on what you are doing. Good Luck!

I appreciate all the great advice guys I really do but I'm still considering taking anavar I think it would still be beneficial for what I'm trying to do. I know I'm going there going to be real because I'm getting it from my Co worker who has taking multiple cycles and have worked

I have not read any of the posts here, but discouting the issue of your age and use, these are the facts:
- Anavar does not, nor does any other anabolic steroid , burn fat. The 'fat burning' effect commonly touted by different people and profiles and so on is NOT a fat burning effect, but a nutrient partitioning effect. This will not work to reduce bodyfat if your diet is crappy, or if you are not in a caloric deficit.
- Anavar on its own is a bad idea without at least a TRT dose of testosterone to maintain normal bodily function that testosterone itself provides.
- 16 weeks on Anavar is a bad idea for reasons I need not explain.

then why assume its safe to use steroids if your health isnt 100%?
sounds like you are looking for a magic pill to avoid some hard work to be honest after summing up all your comments here
and sorry but its clear from your comments, not even taking into account your stats, that you arent as knowledgeable in areas of nutrition as you seem to think you are
you need to sort your diet and put in some hard work, it not what you want to hear but its the truth

so again you have heart problems yet think it is ok to use steroids ? give your head a shake, this is clearly disregarding health to simply avoid hard work
and reread my post, i added to it after you quoted it
you have been given good advise here, take or leave it, that is up to you, but with your diet, stats and health problems, nobody here will advise you on AAS

Why do you post here asking questions when you are not listening to anyone at all?
If you are dead-set on what you are going to do, why the heck do you post here? Why don't you just go and do it? You seem to already know everything, right?
As far as what i've seen, you have shot down every single suggestion that has been laid out to you here... never mind additional suggestions outside of your main questions, but even suggestions and answers that pertained DIRECTLY to your question. You originally asked "But I wanted to ask you guys on advice while I'm on it what to take with it etc." and it has been suggested over and over again that you need to take testosterone with it. You don't listen, you shot down that answer. People have told you how to properly eat while you're on it, and you shot that down too with some lame excuse basically summed up as "i'm too busy to do that". Plenty of us are just as busy or MORE busy than you, yet we find the time to cook our meals, pack them in tupperware or whatever, and eat throughout the day to reach our goals whether it be fat loss or mass gaining.
You have left us with nothing to work with, and shot down every single answer to your questions. What exactly is your purpose here if you are the expert already and know EXACTLY what you are going to do? The very existance of this thread is pointless as a result.
