What do I do with HCG?

I got my HCG today, it only came with the vial itself with (what looks like a rock of white powder at the bottom) with no other mixing material or vials.

Is it safe to just put water in the vial and shake it? its 5000ui vial

I tried to look online can't find anything for information.

You need to get an HCG mixing supply kit. You will need Bac Water, mixing syringe, empty sterile vial, and alcohol wipes. Best way to learn is to go to youtube. Put in search, "mixing hcg". A 10 ml vial is the size you want to mix 5000iu.

Do not just put water into it!!! Listen to above and youtube info. Lots on hcg there.

Thanks a lot guys, I ordered my bac water and a couple of vials. Youtube was great for letting me know how to do it. I almost felt like saying screw the hgc. Thanks again!

No problem. Yes and when I first mixed mine I just watched the you tube video as I did it. Piece of cake.
