    This morning when I pinned in left leg, it definitely twitched a few times. It didn't hurt at all though. So that twitching and jumping is actually hitting a nerve? I've had the same thing happen in the glute as well.

    It can be..you will know it. Kinda feels like an electric jolt. Causes a feeling a bit like when the doc checks your reflexes
