    Chrysin as an AI?

    My doc recommended using chrysin as an AI when I was in TRT. Now in my first cycle at 500 mg test-c per week. Does chrysin work as an AI or do I need something stronger? I'm an endurance athlete, 6' 175 11% bf mid 40s. Lots of cardio and lifting 4X per week. Looking for modest gain.

    Unregulated OTC drugs are a "luck of the draw" type deal. I wouldn't use it when AI's like Arimidex /Anastrozole are so readily available.
