Winny-50 Help!

Hey whatsup guys, i need help on when to take winny and how much daily. I have 50 mg caps and i go to the gym around 7 a.m. and again around 5 p.m. thanks!

im just confused on wen to take it because ppl are telling me it only has a 3-5 hour span, im thinking of just taking 25 mg every 6 hours?

actually i just tried splitting the 50 mg caps but its mad hard.. so that might not work lol

Take it before your workout... But where is your testosterone ? You won't gain jack without a test base. Whatever tiny gains you make you'll lose as soon as coming off.

ANOTHER oral only thread. Seriously op...Test is a base that should be run with ALL cycles. You didnt list your BF% but I am guessing that at 5'11" 170 you may be trying to add size (or not). Orals such as winnie and Var WILL still shut down your natty test production and without test you are not functioning normal as a man. Men need TEST!

What was your first cycle and the results???
