Is your urine extremely dark or have you had ANY blood in the urine at all? There is a chance that your gear has nothing to do with this & that you may have a kidney stone growing....

If you type "Kidneys Hurt Creatine" into google a bunch of nasty shit pops up from a million forums. Personally Id drop it or reduce the dose.

Had major kidney stones over last two years.

Need to get your urine checked and blood work.

Working out and all supplements raise your "creaktic" spelling sorry levels in your body. It's the same thing that raises when you have a heart attack.

Drinks double the water u are drinking and add cranberry juice also.

Agree with above. Lots of water and 100% cranberry juice. You could have a kidney infection brewing. If it continues see a doc.

im guessing its just "back pumps" when it happens to me i feel it in my lower back but on the sides like where the kidneys are so you may be experiancing the same but mistaking it as kidney pain...

OP, it's probably not your kidneys. You said you're taking Dbol . I get back pumps from dbol (mildly) that might feel kidney pain. We need more feedback from you though.

Creatine has nothing to do with ur kidneys
Ok that's an old myth that was proven un true many years ago. And it's sad how ppl continue to spread and keel it alive
    Go search creatine vs creatinine
Creatine and creatinine and very similar molecules very much alike.
Abs creatinine means ur having a kidney problem if u have very high levels of it
If ur taking creatine that's fine
If ur taking creatine and were to get tested for kidney problem the machine that reads ur creatinine levels often mis indicates the creatine in you for creatinine. It can't tell them apart and says u have twice as much creatinine in you than actually do. Meaning somthing is wrong with ur kidneys It's a false reading.
    Again search creatinine vs creatine

I'm curious... why 400 grams of protein a day? I'm no expert at all, but I have spoken with some very good boxing strength and conditioning coaches and they have all claimed that anything more than 1-1.5 g's per lb of bodyweight is a waste, as your body cannot process more than about 30 or so grams at a time anyway... so 400 a day? Seems a little much, but again i'm no expert myself.

You know what, I can't believe this but I just clued in. I was on Var and was taking creatine. I thought the var was giving me the kidney pain but after-thought I'm sure it's the creatine now that was the culprit! Make sure you increase your water intake, and your protein intake is too high. 275-300 is good enough.
